Silverleaf HOA Board Election

On this page are TWO important forms.

The first is a proxy form. This allows a resident's vote to be counted, and counts toward our needed quorum. Please, if you can't attend meetings, consider completing this form. Typically, forms must be completed and received several days before the meeting or election.

The second form is a Board Nomination/Application form. Nominate another resident or apply yourself.
