  • Water & Sewer: Hammond Water (864) 847-4957 (Big Creek Water District)
  • Electric Provider: Duke Energy: 1-800-769-3766 (Report outages)
  • Gas: Piedmont Natural Gas at 1-800-752-7504
  • Trash & Recycling: Call the City of Anderson Public Works at (864) 231-2246 to confirm your pickup schedule.

  • Vehicle Tags: Once you move, you have 45 days to register your vehicle. You’ll first need to pay your property tax at the Anderson County Treasurer’s Office before going to the DMV.
  • Anderson County Library: Located towards downtown, just head South down Midway Rd/Calhoun St.  300 N McDuffie St, Anderson, SC 29621 – (864) 260-4500.
