Past 2026 Events: 

Community Yard Sale - Saturday, May 16, 7 to Noon.

The Silverleaf Subdivision HOA has a rich history of holding wonderful events.

Here are some of the past events:

  • Easter Egg Hunt (held at the Playground)
  • Pool Opening Pizza Party
  • July 4 BBQ (held at the Pool)
  • Autumn Neighborhood Yard Sale
  • Halloween Night
  • Craft Shows (yard sale format)
  • Christmas Party

However these events need someone to plan them, from concept to coordinating the events themselves. Because life for today's residents can be so busy, it's difficult to find people willing to step forward and head these committees.*

*All committees need to be approved by the HOA Board.

In addition, limited resources and limited funds prevent Silverleaf from creating more entertaining events and activities.

We currently have two ongoing committees. They are:

  • Silverleaf Beautification Committee - this committee head awards a Yard of the Month to a worthy residence, and is also in charge of putting out the Christmas lights around the pool area.
  • Signage Committee - this committee head keeps the back of our 'Entrance' sign up to date with useful messages.

Volunteers needed

We are always looking for volunteers to help with events!

Congratulations Winner!

We searched all clover the community and as far as the cacti can see you are Silverleaf’s Yard of the Month Winner! No one could possibly look at your yard and think, “That's a bit mulch.” You've got the soil of the century with landscaping that is absolutely radishing! A day in the leaf of your yard is never a dill moment and we are tickled peony to put the sunlight on you! Let's give it up one more thyme for your yard and hard work!

Silverleaf Yard of the Month selection criteria: We're not looking for perfection! But we do need a lawn that is mowed and bushes are trimmed. No's: No weeds, dead trees or bushes, no trash, no cars or boats on the lawn.  Will your yard be next?!
